  1. Thanks for the info. Plan on taking everything there tomorrow, Talked to one of them and let him know my problems and he had seen it before. I figure this way I know what I have as for a radio and if I order a used one might be in same boat. Joe :fingers-crossed-emo

Did you make sure someone will be in

    Weekends on the off season

I remember them telling me to call first

  2. Sent him my seat

I have had it back for about a month

Still have not been able to get out for a ride

I do know sitting on it felt way better

Now just to get out and ride

Hearing all good about his work I look forward to it...

  3. Looking into two things:

The first would roadside assistance that will cover motorcycle and car

The second would be a tire plug kit and 12 volt compressor

    Thanks for the input

  4. A man received the following text from his neighbor:

I am so sorry Bob. I've been riddled with guilt and I have to confess.

I have been tapping your wife, day and night when you're not around.

In fact, more than you. I'm not getting any at home, but that's no excuse. I can no longer live with the guilt and I hope you will accept my sincerest apology with my promise that it won't happen again.

The man, anguished and betrayed, went into his bedroom, grabbed his gun, and without a word, shot his wife and killed her.

A few moments later, a second text came in:

Damn auto correct. I meant "wifi", not "wife".

    :rotf:

  5. My experience with a bad fuel pump;

    When my pump out

I was showing signs months before

I would got No click No start - I little later click and start runs fine for weeks

Twice out riding - The bike just came to a stop as if it ran out of gas

At first Yamaha told the the dealer they would not replace it because when he tested it it was working. The dealer had also just came and picked up the bike form my home

Because the fuel pump was not working. Yamaha did not want to replace a working pump

I had to call Yamaha , It took some talking but they did replace it under warranty

  6. Cabellas is the most incredible outdoor store I have been to. went to one that is in Pennsylvania, off Interstae 81, spent two hours just walking around looking at all the mounts.

    Been to that one

Was headed to Long Island 2 years ago was looking to kill some time heading into rush hour

Seen a Cabella sign and killed 2 hours

Last year they opened one here in Columbus 20 miles from me

They made a big deal off it

I was a disappointment compared to some others

    To small ,Terrible parking

They crammed as much stuff into a small space as they can

West VA is just a cool store 2 hour drive About the same as the one in NJ

Dicks sporting goods is working on a strictly outdoors store over here I cant wait to see how that turns out

  7. I can not wait to get the camper out of the garage and do some camping

I have an 05 Bunk House

For this summer I will be setting up a VR weekend here in Ohio

A nice campground I have used a couple of times

Snowden Lake Good location for a couple of day rides

Heading over to Cabella's in West VA Feb 15th

    Be Safe

Every other OS Microsoft is good with a total mess in between

Do we need to mention - Win ME ( Mistake Edition ) - Win XP( Nailed it ) Still using it here for the districts main OS - Vista ( OUCH ) - Win 7 ( use it at home and in the office ) -

Win 8 -What the hell were the thinking.

Win 9 should be awesome I cant wait

I would use Linux but I like my games

I have a mac book pro I use at work - I love it great display

To much $$$$$ for me to shell out

  9. Love my 06

As for what Pegasus mentioned about the brakes

My 06 had the brake problem

The following took care of that

Run the fluid a little low ( believe me it works)

What happens is the fluid expands due to heat and puts pressure on the brake pads

This causes them to drag also not allowing them to release all the way

the inside pad will wear out first and uneven kinda like a wedge from thick to thin

Seven years with out a problem just run the fluid a little low leaving room for expansion

I never take the tank off to change the plugs

If you do check the fuel line for cracks bike is 7 years old

Ride it and have some fun
