Just bought my Eluder this past weekend, 400 miles on it avg'd 41mpg

Not sure if this will be of any help, but my code was rejected the first few times i tried...I realized that the O and 0 (oh and zero) were way to easy to get confuse...luckily I only had one zero that looked like and oh...I changed it and it worked. Check your code and see if it applies. Good luck.

Drilled mine with (4) 1/2" holes in each side. It did not do anything to performance, but it did improve the sound of the exhaust making it a little deeper sounding and a tad bit louder. If you choose to drill it out, do so at your own risk...but all it takes is a drill, 12" drill extension, and a drill bit or a hole saw (depending on how big you want to drill out). There are a few folks that have drilled out the entire baffle with a 1-1/2" hole saw and have reported positive results with sound...but not performance. Basically you drill out the baffle plate that you see inside the muffler. stick a flashlight in the end of the muffler and you will see the plate at the end...keep in mind, the muffler on the left has a center hole from the factory and the one on the right does not have any on the plate.

Greetings JR, Thought I would chime in, I have experienced the fade issues with the stereo but no issues yet with the GPS. I did find that if i turned down the bass on the stereo to -1 or -2 then the fade quite. I think it was trying to drive the speakers too hard and causing a type of overload condition which is why it was fading in and out. At any rate, I hope somone else can help you out with your GPS issues. Have you tried updating the Nav?
