  1. Not much of a poster more of I need info member. Rode Red October a little over 10k since buying her used during Daytona Biketoberfest last year. Heading back down there next week for some more fun and planning to buy a new helmet.
  2. I am searching for a headlight modulator for my 2018 SVTC. I had one on my 2011 Victory Vision and it really made a difference in folks seeing me. Kriss Industries Inc. where I got my last one is gone. Anyone found a supplier? Thanks!!
  3. I use it almost every time I ride. I keep my bike in a small cargo trailer parked in a wheel chock. Reverse is MUCH easier than pushing it out of the chock. I use it to reduce the chance of dropping the bike when on gravel, sand, or any other service that might be loose. I had a Victory Vision before my Venture and had added reverse to it. I Love reverse on a touring bike.
  4. I just order a Dunlop Sportmax D423 200/55R-16 77H Rear Motorcycle for mine. My OE tire has a little of 13k on it and will need to be changed soon.
  5. I have a 6x20 enclosed trailer with a wheel chock. Where is the best place to attach straps on the front of a 2108 SVTC? Thanks.
  6. I was wondering does the heel part of the shifter sit above the floorboard or behind it? Could you post a picture of it on your bike? Thanks Rasa
  7. I got lucky and found a SVTC with 6812 miles for $19,795 in mint condition. I was riding a 2011 Victory Vision and this bike handles VERY, VERY much like my Vision. Left the Vision because of Polaris shutting down Victory and mine had over 112K miles. Did not want to be on a trip, something fail, then have to try and find parts. I have a Utopia backrest due here this week that should have me in the same riding position as on my Vision. Next will be lower air deflectors like I had on my Vision. Following that will be luggage rack, larger brake pedal pad, and maybe the heel/toe shifter (yes like I had on my Vision). This bike rides, looks, and is equipped like what the second generation Vision should have been. I have slowed down at age 62 and expect Red October to last me the rest of my 2 wheel riding days. I didn't try out the new GW because it still looks like you sit with your legs to far back for me. Rode a Kawasaki Voyager when they came out, just didn't fit me, and was hotter than the HD I had at that time. I just don't care for how the HD Road Glide looks. I have rode my SVTC just over a 1K miles in 2 weeks and really like it.
