But - it seems like I have to crank up the volume way up to get a bit of sound out of them. She who must be obeyed says when I intercom her it comes through nicely for her J&Ks - she has to turn her volume control down and I have to crank mine way up to hear her. kbran Posted September 1, 2008 Share #2 Posted September 1, 2008 I had to turn my volume down with those speakers, but I did notice that if they are not directly centered on your ear it makes a big difference. Bob Myers Posted September 1, 2008 Share #4 Posted September 1, 2008 check headset volume control on handlebar, mine was flaky from not being used, several turns up and down cleaned the wiper and it works good now.
