Good Motel Near Ft Collins, Co ??

We're heading out to the Ft Collins area in a few days....Knew this would be the place to ask.

Need the name of a clean, cheap, decent motel within 30 miles of the Ft. Collins area.

We want it all, but cheap.

Also, best places to see in the area w/o scaring wife???

Im sure the locals will chime in but there are alot at the interection of I25 and 287N exit..I think its a Days Inn,Best western all the majors but it is Vacation time so good deals I am not sure about. Ride to the top of trailridge road out of Estes Park,CO,and the Poudre Canyon ride out of the north side of FT Collins just off of Hwy287 is VERY Pretty,Rafting also! Tom

When we were there for the rally last year, we stayed at the Comfort Inn. Some folks stayed at a Motel 6 right next to it. They were both pretty nice. The Motel 6 appeared to be one of the nicer ones I have seen.

Motel 6 sounds good. Go North to see the pretties.....sounds good too. We're going to stay a couple days so we don't have to rush....I HATE rushin' on a vacation.

 

My scoot was in the shop nearly all last summer...what a nightmare.

 

No schedule, no itinerary...just bum around, hang out, see the sites. Love this input.

Motel 6 was where I stayed Last year. Make sure to ask about fridge in room. Some have some dont. They Have a swimming pool too.
