skipallyn Posted August 11, 2023 Share #2 Posted August 11, 2023 Thank you so much for accepting me into this forum, and the rapid response as well, I just bought 06 RSV midnight and I'm having a problem with my killswitch, I turn on the ignition and everything powers up as it should, until I turn tbe killswitch to the on position, it tbe blows my ignition 10amp fuse immediately, so I started at the switch and after exposing a good part of wiring from the kswitch to the battery, I have only found that about a ft. Of tbe 2wires from that switch were melted together, and nowhere else that I can find, so I'm really not sure what to do next, I keep thinking about bypassing the damn thing altogether at this point, I wanna go for a ride! Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated, again thanks so much and glad to be a member!!!
Marcarl Posted August 12, 2023 Share #3 Posted August 12, 2023 I would just rewire the kill switch and see what happens. Could be that sometime pinched those wires, like maybe the triple tree?
