1st gen 1984 fuse box located

please where is turn signal fuse located and relay 1st gen 1984

Fuse is in fuse box under cover where gas cap is.  Relay is up by headlight.  Explain what's going on, if no blinking it could be a ground or simply a bad bulb.

Or dirty contacts in the handle bar switch which is easy to clean.
