Tank bra/cover swap

Hi all,

 

I've got a Hopnel tank bra/cover with pocket in very good condition on my '99 RSV. I'd like to trade it, straight across, for a similar condition tank bra/cover without a pocket.

 

Reason for doing this is that I'd like to add a small tank bag to my bike but the pocket takes up too much space.

 

Anyone interested?

Hey, I have one of those hopnel covers and the pocket pulls rite off, its velcro holding it on, have you tried removing the pouch? Craig

Mine is removable as well....it has a plastic clip and you just turn the pouch 90 deg and it comes off.

Geez, I thought is the fix that simple, the pouch simply lifts off? But no, I just checked mine, it's stitched in 4 places, 2 top and 2 bottom. This presents the fix to my dillema though, I will just cut the stitching and remove the pouch, problem solved.

 

Thanks for your replies, I will have to withdraw the offer though.
