Trunk latch broke off ... glue?? Epoxy??

So one of my latches brok off - on the lid. I saw some posts where gluing with ABS cement doesn’t work very well, and it seems the best results were in 2012 with stuff called “Ultra Bond Plastic Epoxy” ( I think), which I cannot locate. Have there been any recent successful results?? Gorilla glue? Maybe another Epoxy?

I put mine back on with JB Weld, The slow one not the 5 minute. I don’t know that there is any difference, but was told once that the slow cure hardened better. IDK. Been three years and still there. Good luck.

JB Weld will work or use one of those 2 part ABS plastic epoxy available at auto parts stores or Wally world, etc...
