Easiest way to change oil pan seal? Do I need to remove exhausts?

I have oil pan seal leaking. What is the minimum/easiest way to change the seal ?

Xvz 1200 from 84. Wasn't easy spot the leak, but finally got it.

Then I suggest to take the motor out to do it, you can fix the 2nd gear problem while your there anyways.

Whaaattttt? I took down exhaust to get mine easy peasy. Why need to take motor out?
