Hey I'll back Bob up here. Try it at lower pressures and see what it does. Stranger things have happened!! I would try it about 40-50 and see what happens. But more than likely went it

to that Great Shockyard in the Sky.....:backinmyday: I need Sleep!!! GOOD LUCK!!:backinmyday:

At 300 lbs I would run 45 psi in the shock 50 psi with 2 up pulling the trailer.

As freebird said these are rated for so much psi . The Dealer told me 60 any more can damage to shock

Look at the base of the shock to see if there is any oil. That would tell ya the shock has failed

Last year when my shock finally failed. It went from a wavy bottom out feeling to like riding a Pogo stick

When the shock on my RSTD failed . pushing down on the rear of the it had a slow return

I went with a Hagon shock . The install is easy .Don't follow the direction in the Venture repair manual.
