Dear Sir, The Government of Ghana, in West Africa, has recieved funds from the INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION(IDA) with loan number :IDA CREDIT NO:3964 GH,and AGENCE FRANCAISE DE DEVELOPMENT(AFD),AFD LOAN NO:CGH 6004.01.G, towards the cost of community based rural development projects ( CBRDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following items. 1. water treatment plants and Chemicals. 2. Treated mosquito net. 10.T-shirts/Umbrellas. 11.Hospital bed sheets and Pilow cases. 13.Security equiptment. 14.Fire Fighting equipment. 15.Fishing Boat. Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines of the procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.If you can handle the supply any of the above items, get back to me for more details. I generally put them in the same place I put the offers of penis extensions, illegal drugs, and lists of doctors, dentists and other professionals! The King of Nigeria, :rotf:royalty himself, I was seriously thinking that as he keeps emailing me what would be the harm in letting him put millions of dollars into my bank account. The commision I would get would be massive. I would like to offer to all members of this wonderful group the chance to join me in this once in a lifetime opportunity of becoming wealthier than our wildest dreams. Just send me all your life savings (in unmarked bills)! and leave the rest to me.
