well found this on front head. What did they work on any ideas. also is this the fuel setting do I have to drill it or pull end off want to color tune all carbs

At the end of your screwdriver is a cap over the idle mixture screw. The cap pulls off.

wasn't sure how to take off. Will pull on it tomorrow.
