Tell Wes congratulations, it takes a lot of will to save up for what you want, and knowing Wes, he proably saved every penny he earned. Have fun and be careful, there are a lot of drivers out there that shouldnt be.

 

Well he has been saving his money for the better part of the last year and now had enough to buy the first car that is ALL HIS OWN!

For a kid that was never expected to walk or talk he has done very well!!!
