looking for a drivers backrest for a 96

I just picked up a 96 royal star, and am having trouble finding a drivers backrest for it. Does anyone have any ideas where I can find one? Will one made for a 99 work? Thanks!

I too have been looking for a drivers backrest for my 96. I think I am going to fabricate a bracket and make my own pad since I know how to do upholstery work, wish me luck.

My '96 had a Utopia backrest on it when I bought it [see pic]. Unfortunately for me, the PO had bought a RSV and transferred the backrest to it. I picked up a used one from a fellow VRO'er not long ago and will be mounting it on the bike first chance I get.
