VentureFar Posted April 29, 2014 Author Share #51 Posted April 29, 2014 Why did I picture huge holes drilled into the side of a fuel tank? Because you are silly. VentureFar...

U can use a framing nail but if u drop it that would suck. I leaned the shaft ( and pushed down a little ) on the rim on the opposite side for an almost level strike. There is nothing on the other side of the lower collar if you punch thru deep so hit that sucker ! VentureFar...
MikeWa Posted April 29, 2014 Share #55 Posted April 29, 2014 are there any pictures posted? I want to do this. I just want to see exactly where to punch the holes. I don't want to mess up my tank. Chicken no, Cautious yes As high as possible inside the filler neck. Make several holes all the way around. Mike
