bongobobny Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 The dash is an '83, the only year with that particular style CMU, and it is a Standard, not a Royale, no CLASS. IMHO it is overpriced...
hell yea Posted July 18, 2013 Author Posted July 18, 2013 thanks gyes yes bikes a verry expensive on this side of th pond and its the only venture i could find so its this our nuthing 83 golwings sell for like $8.000 hear
Condor Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 Some early '84 Models came with an '83 VIN. The D designates '83. E would make it a 4.
Prairiehammer Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 Some early '84 Models came with an '83 VIN. True, that has been called a 1983½, however, the VIN would have either 47R (for a Standard) or 47T (for a Royale) instead of 26H (Standard) or 31M (Royale) in the first part of the VIN. For example: a 1983½ Royale would be 47T00xDAxxxxxx.

Always learning something 'Venture'....
