Good ones will be rust resistant with a wide thick strap. OSHA straps are even more money but are tested and taken care of will last you a lifetime. . . Squidley Posted February 10, 2013 Share #5 Posted February 10, 2013 Make sure you get a "Ratchet" strap and not the ones you pull to tighten. A 1000 lb working strength and shorter (6') will work great. I dont have specifics on brand, but just look at the strap, there are thin and thick straps, thicker is better. If you can find ones with the safety latch that goes across the hook, thats a plus. I forgot where I bought the last 4 hi vis orange ones I bought, but they work well and I dont think twice about them.
