friesman Posted December 17, 2011 Share #1 Posted December 17, 2011 Ever wonder how much would be gone if a nuke fell on a city or town? Or just having a bad day and wanna nuke something? Here is a website that allows you to select the nuke you like and drop it whereever you pick in google maps. It isnt violent but it can sure make you realize how much damage can be done by a warhead. http://www.carloslabs.com/node/

KarlS Posted December 17, 2011 Share #3 Posted December 17, 2011 Didnt work on Flint, MI, everything is already destroyed... No it just looks like it's already been dropped. The looting and killings have already started. Kroger 1/2 mile from me was robbed this morning.

Gray Ghost Posted December 22, 2011 Share #6 Posted December 22, 2011 Interesting, but a little simplistic when it comes to the fallout predictions. One of the things I never knew until the Army tried to teach me how to predict fallout zones was the the wind at different altitudes can blow in different directions. Fallout predictions are safe-sided, but are generally trying to predict where particles will land after being blown this way and that as they fall from the sky. And we didn't have Holiday Inn Express then either.
