The end of on-line stupidity

Well, I don't know what to think of this article exactly, but if it's true it could mean I'll have to go back to writing letters to the editor. Says on the following link to CNN that software developers have developed a "Stupid" filter for on-line forums that automatically puts stupid comments in the trash. Wonder if they can build one that works as an interlock on the car's ignition?
