Monty Posted July 28, 2010 Author Share #4 Posted July 28, 2010 Yep. 1/2 gal apple juice, start to warm, then add two cups sugar. Stir sugar until it dissolves. Add 1/2 gal apple cider and 3 and 1/2 cinnamon sticks. Boil for one hour. Let cool, then add 500ml of Everclear. Stick in fridge to chill. Drink shots cold. Not more than 5....or you'll have the squirts in the morning from all the apple juice and cider...lol. Sneaks up on you like moonshine, so don't overdo it. Makes the house smell like fresh apple pie, too.

Monty Posted July 29, 2010 Author Share #15 Posted July 29, 2010 (edited) Same as mine, I just made a half batch. Do the math. 4 shots now. Running on 3 hours sleep is contributing, I'm sure. Worked 12 hours last night. EDIT: I did the math. Yours is 1.223 liters for a full batch, and mine is 1.00 liter. Going to "sweeten" it up now.
