Click on the VRTech link in the bar on the left hand side of this web page. it is about 13 MB. I printed a copy and put it in a three ring binder in my garage and have it on my home PC... That said the Service Manual, Maintenance Specifications table on page 2-9 states 37kPa (280 mmHg) at 950 to 1050 RPM. HOWEVER, I was unable to reach the level listed in the manual so I adjusted for the maximum vacuum to be even across all cylinders.
