The factory service manual is down-loadable for FREE and it has this information in it.

 

 

Click on the VRTech link in the bar on the left hand side of this web page. it is about 13 MB. I printed a copy and put it in a three ring binder in my garage and have it on my home PC...

 

That said the Service Manual, Maintenance Specifications table on page 2-9 states

37kPa (280 mmHg) at 950 to 1050 RPM.

 

HOWEVER, I was unable to reach the level listed in the manual so I adjusted for the maximum vacuum to be even across all cylinders.

 

 

The procedure for synchronizing the carburetors starts on page 3-14.

i should have given more info...as i was looking for inches of mercury......i do have the service manual, but i'm so use to inches of mercury..i didn't notice that my gauges can be read in mm.......so thanks...
