Mid-late Sep Weather Question

Wondering if any of the members here can shed some light on the following...

 

Snoqualmie pass "normal" weather conditions during late September (around 19th)

 

Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Flagstaff areas normal daily high / low temps during September.

Any mountain pass after Aug 31 can get tricky most trucker will throw Iron (chains) in there rigs by Sept 1( some states require it) I personally seen these passes closed while I drove my 98 KW . Snoqualmie pass in Washington closed in early Sept. about 12 years ago. Also Cabbage Pass(I-84) in OR the same year, Soldier pass (191)in Utah, Loveland pass in Co about 15 years ago.
