SilvrT Posted September 21, 2009 Share #2 Posted September 21, 2009 if you're riding a 2nd gen (1999-2010) it's on the inner left side of the fairing just above the left lower. Get down thar and look and feel... you'll find it

Boomer........who is still learning from the Pro's here.

SilvrT Posted September 21, 2009 Share #7 Posted September 21, 2009 Thanks Ill look on the left side. I want to get power to my ipod. What I did for my Sirius XM radio was remove the fairing and connect a wire directly to that power source to a similar adapter. I then plugged in the Sirius power convertor and feed it out and up the handlebar. The Sirius convertor wouldn't stay in the stock power outlet...vibration kept knocking it out. They do, and you can download the manual from your Starmotorcyels account for free, but for some it is easier to ask questions here.
