subscribed threads

Hey Boss!

 

I must have push, toggled, set, bent, folded or mutilated a setting along the way because every post I make is automatically subscribed to.

HOW CAN I STOP THIS?????

I have looked how to cancel but I can't find what I did or how to stop it. How about a little education for a dunce in this department. Much appreciated!

UserCP, Edit Options, Messaging and notifications area. You have probably selected "automatically subscribe to threads that I post to".
