LilBeaver Posted August 31, 2009 Share #1 Posted August 31, 2009 I have seen this many times and I've been on the Yamaha site trying to figure it out and cannot seem to find it so I'm just going to ask. What is the difference between the "Royal Star Venture" and the "Royal Star Venture S"?
flb_78 Posted August 31, 2009 Share #2 Posted August 31, 2009 the S has a chrome front end. fork covers and other bits.
M61A1MECH Posted August 31, 2009 Share #3 Posted August 31, 2009 The "S" took the place of the Midnight a few years back. The "S" has more chrome than the standard. The front forks are chromed, I think the master cylinders and levers are chromed and maybe the triple tree. Basically the diference is more: chrome = more $$

waterbug Posted August 31, 2009 Share #6 Posted August 31, 2009 The levers are not chrome or at least not on mine since I get black hands from the alumn levers, I am going to get chrome ones or clear coat the ones on it.

bongobobny Posted August 31, 2009 Share #8 Posted August 31, 2009 The difference is you get sandstone and Raven instead of red and Raven, and well more than $500 of extra chrome...

Thanks for saying sandstone, but it's officially seashell. Seashell? YUK! At least the other model is not Mauve/Raven.
