Monsta Posted June 17, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 17, 2009 (edited) Don (and whomever else wants to read. ) I belong to another forum (www.ford-trucks.com) that also uses vBulletin. There is a membership for some members who want no ads, a private forum and other stuff. Next to our names we have a tag or icon. When you click on it, it takes you to the subscription page where you can renew or just see when you need to renew. Plus, when the little ball is lit it shows that you're online (in the forum). Just curious why you didn't go that route. Is that not a standard part of vBulletin? Seems time consuming the way you did it. You didn't have to keep typing or cut-n-pasting "Supporting Member" in everyone's profile, did you? If so, maybe you should raise the rate to $13.00. Freebird Posted June 17, 2009 Share #4 Posted June 17, 2009 Monsta, There are several ways that it can be done. The way I have it set up IS completely automatic. The problem is, I made a mistake when I did it and it does not work retroactively. That is why I had to go back and add each member manually. It was my own mistake that caused me a LOT of work. I currently have a 2005 V10 Excursion. I've been at ford-trucks since '01. My wife calls it "my mistress". Monsta, I had to go back and add each member manually. It was my own mistake that caused me a LOT of work. Well, I certainly appreciate the work you put into it!
