The main differences are that the Tour Classic has four mufflers and semi-hard bags, the Tour Classic II has two mufflers and soft bags, and the Tour Deluxe has two mufflers and hard bags. Some of the early Tour Classics didn't come with bags at all, nor a windshield. The history section here is really lacking on the Royal Stars.
