  4. Thanks for the link Freebird. It's good information as everything needs to be taken into account. We have both always liked Tn. and talked several times about making it home. Our thinking is to do it soon or put it out of our minds. John
  5. Thanks Frank. This is our first trip down to look around, but we may take you up on your offer at a later time. One of the properties we are looking at this weekend is outside McMinnville. That's not to far from you. John
  6. Thanks everyone for the feedback. We are heading to Tn. later this week to spend a few days checking out the area and a few homes we found on line. I will let all of you know how it turns out.
  7. Thanks meach. that's the kind of information I am looking for. Going down in two weeks to look at a couple properties we found on line. Sound like my kind of place being a slower pace. The only excitement I'll be looking for is when I fire the RSV up for some therapy. Hey puc. Thanks for the well wishes. I wasn't sure it would ever get here. Cruiser
  8. Hello All, Getting ready for retirement and looking at possibly moving to the Gordonsville, Tn. area. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts about living around there. Other than being a good area to ride, I really don't know anything. Thanks in advance for feedback. Cruiser
  9. There may be a spark arestor screen in the outlet of the muffler. They sometimes get plugged up. Remove it and clean it with a wire brush and reinstall.
  10. A great area to ride. Let me know the next time your going to be out this way.
  11. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago while on a trip. Pulled into a lot to check it out. Ended up being an bad electrical connection at the fuel pump plug. Cleaned the connectors and finished my trip.
  12. North on I-65 at Seymour, In. is Dan's. I use them from time to time. Haven't had any trouble with them but I don't know how his prices compare.
  13. It will get better the more you run it. Remember to grip it firmly with both hands, it's not a flower that can be crushed. If after running it more, you find it still shoots left, tighten the grip with your right hand. If it shoots to the right, tighten the grip with your left hand. Good luck.
  14. When I installed mine, all I did was a carb. sync. I think you'll like the pipes.
  15. I agree. I have them on an 07 RSV Hannigan since May. Sound good but not to loud.

  18. I did have to enlarge the holes on mine. I put a Piece of wood ( to protect the fender ) between the fender and the holes being drilled out.
  19. Rode from SE Indiana to Ferndale Michigan yesterday. Only a little over 300 miles but with heavy rain about half way and pretty windy all the way, it felt like a 500 mile trip. On the plus side the RSVP Hannagin preformed great on it's first trip. Also coming across US12 in Mi. I had a great ride. Will spend a couple days with my brother and head home Sunday. John
  20. I am working with someone right now Caveman. They wanted everything I have and I should know in a couple days. I will let you know. Thanks for the inquiry. John
