  1. Hi Dave! Got a few thousand miles on the repaired shock with wonderful results. Rides like a new bike! Thank you for your knowledge and great work. Mark
  2. Freeking awesome! Salute! [emoji41] Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  3. Yo! How many miles did you get in your nexen? Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  4. Hey divey! Any progress on tracking down that noise? Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  5. I have a mustang with a backrest on my 2005 tour Deluxe and used to have an ultimate seat. I found both to be very good but preferred the ultimate. I have an 08 RSV too but i prefer the stock seats. There's my 2¢![emoji6] Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks Puc and Freebird. The manuals helped but in the end i just routed then in the most unbinding way i could get them behind the windshield crossmember support. The throttle cables still contact the windshield but so it goes. I could not get it to not contact. I'm riding the mofo as is! [emoji16] Let's ride! Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  7. Actually, I was hoping someone would take a picture of theirs and post it. Thanks for verifying the post was in the right place though. Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  8. Did i post this in the wrong place? Is this the stream where i can ask questions? Are you guys just ignoring me because I'm rich and famous? [emoji41] Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  9. I can't seem to find how the throttle cables, brake and clutch lines route behind the windshield on an 05 tour deluxe. Anyone got any pics to share? Sure would help. Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  10. The sound puts me in mind of the sounds a hollow tube and plunger would make. Hmmm, now keep in mind I'm not an engine mechanic, but would a non firing cylinder be capable of making that noise? If so, how could you tell/test? Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  11. Yes, my 08 venture does that sometimes. I would be very interested to know why. [emoji848] Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  12. Congrats! You've joined the right place for info on these bikes. Search or ask and you will find what you need. I'm on my second tour deluxe and also have a rsv. My favorite thing about these bikes it that they are designed well and run on regular gas and oil. Low dough is the way to go! Ride safe! Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
  13. Ok, assuming naps are all done now. I have an idea. Like others I do not prefer the clutch handle operation now. I was thinking if the master cylinder plunger or clutch handle itself was modified to move the engagement zone closer to the grip it would be a bit easier to control. Any good ideas on that little piece of modification? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
