    I too did a RK muffler swap last week. I used the stainless RK clamps (.75" wide) with no silicone and have no leaks. The clamps sit with the bolt low and towards the inside because I fit up the RSV stock covers that cover the clamp area between the header pipe and the RK mufflers.
