  1. Thanks for the info on petcock, fuel outlet was very loose and no longer leaks and saved me 70$. Still need to do fuel filter, good to know wix makes them.
  2. I need a new petcock that don't leak. where's there a good price for one of those? Also figured I'd put a new fuel filter in. what do you all use or recommend?
  3. I just did my clutch, did full friction plate and supposedly a thicker diaphragm, I didn't go with spring because I didn't want to much of a harder lever pull. I do like the full disk better than the half and even tho my clutch was slipping I could hardly tell a difference in thickness, wishing I would have had a micrometer to tell for sure but regardless there's zero slippage. Bike only had 38k at time of replacement, I do like to twist that throttle tho!
  4. i did notice that, mine is an 02
  5. i have heard that the 1300 motor is unbalanced and therefor the low rev limit setting. ive looked into these but im unsure if ill harm motor.
  6. Good idea. Can you post a link or something to file complaint?
  7. That's what I thought but last tech who installed tires said bike specs
  8. So should you fallow bike specs or tire specs for air pressure. I've heard both and besides the faulty Metzler's I've fallowed the bike specs
  9. Turns out pads were OK, just worn little uneven. Just flipped them around and doing good
  10. I'm really easy on the fronts because I don't like the nose diving
  11. You'll be getting more of a bike but in my opinion it don't seem like a deal

  17. They are on Amazon, ceramic pads. I tried the Kevlar ones once and they stunk and so dusty... And this is coming from a guy who don't wash his bike much
  18. Beware of metzlers, I've had 2 rear metzlers come apart on me. As you can see it still has plenty of tread left and this one only had couple thousand miles on it.
  19. Anyone ever used these? I got them off Amazon today, they were cheaper priced, and no reviews yet. Just wandering if they are decent?
  20. Some guy who does diamond cutting said this is where all the cool people hang out! I plan on doing the membership, and doing a good amount of riding this season, actually going to take it out soon. I think I got a good start with just over 2k this season so far.
