I am planning a repaint, and would like to use a lacquer for speed and ease. Was planning 2k urethane, but really like the ease of lacquer.

Planning a repaint on my 83. As good as it is mechanically is as bad as it looks. I have about 10 auto repaints under my belt, so I am pretty comfortable on technical, but I am just not artistic. Any thoughts of a good color combo and two-tone paint lines would be appreciated. Thinking Black metallic and gun metal metallic, dark blue/blue frost or forest green metallic. Thoughts?

I am sure this question has been asked many times before, but could not find a sufficient answer via a search. I have rust through on a muffler. What are my replacement options? Brands, compatible bikes, etc.. Ideally some wing or harley slipons are very available. I can weld tabs if necessary. Thanks.
