az1103 Posted August 9, 2008 Share #1 Posted August 9, 2008 Somewhere I remember seing a discussion about changing the side reflectors on the rear roll bars to lights. Been looking everywhere - can't find it! Can anyone point me in the right direction ? No... not there...
V7Goose Posted August 9, 2008 Share #2 Posted August 9, 2008 You can order the LED lights from JC Whitney; they cost about $45 for a pair. They are the exact size to replace the reflectors - just pry of the reflectors (just held on with two-sided tape) and stick on the LEDs. Run the wires through the inside of the crash bar and out the hole in the back. Goose
VTirelli Posted August 9, 2008 Share #3 Posted August 9, 2008 Got my LEDs from JP Cycle. Took the first reflector off of the mount, big PITA, after that I kust double side taped them right to the reflector, haven't had a problem yet.

Roy Hoffman Posted August 10, 2008 Share #5 Posted August 10, 2008 Got mine at Wally world about $6 each soldered long leads on and ran thru rails. I think Auto Zone has them also. I used epoxy to fasten them which I doubt if I neded, some double sided tape sounds good and can easily be removed. ROY:bang head:

KiteSquid Posted August 29, 2008 Share #7 Posted August 29, 2008 Wally World??? Does that mean Wal-Mart? Yes. It also is the fictitious theme park in National Lampoon's movie: Summer Vacation.
