Rick Butler Posted August 8, 2008 Share #2 Posted August 8, 2008 Frosty, The frames are all basically the same on all years (99-2008) of the RS Ventures and RSTD. However the 96-? Royal Stars and the early Tour Deluxes are different because of the frame design for carbs and other changes made in 99 for the Venture.
