WilCruise Posted April 22, 2007 Share #2 Posted April 22, 2007 It's a standard bleed process. The valve is under a little rubber cover on the left side cover of the engine. It can be tricky though. I have found using speed bleeders (which you can get 2 for $15) makes it a lot simpler.
hipshot Posted April 22, 2007 Share #3 Posted April 22, 2007 gary, just below the left, rear ,valve box(#1cyl), there is a small rubber square that must be pulled up to expose the bleeder. i thought i never would find it, and without some help from these guys, around here, i probably would still be a huntin' it! just jt
Yammer Dan Posted April 23, 2007 Share #4 Posted April 23, 2007 Pull the clutch lever in against the handle bars tie it there and leave overnight. Loosen top of cylinder cover, add fluid if needed the next morning and clutch is bled.
