Hi, I just got a 2009 RSV. I'm loving almost everything about it. A couple of things though. First, has anyone come up with a way to reprogram the cruise control to get rid of the 81mph upper limit? I live in San Diego and riding at 80 MPH will get you flattened on the freeway 🙂

And second, not a problem with the bike, but I'd like to add a luggage rack to the helmet box, anyone got a recommendation for a good one?

 

In the future, I'm hoping to do some changes with the integrated sound system, but I'm not eager to break things right away :-)

Not a lot you can do to the sound system without butchering bodywork due to space limitations. Polk D404 speakers fit fairly easily in place of OEM. A lot of us add a Bluetooth receiver in the front fairing plugged into a “Y” at the cassette box. This keeps the original controller working.
