It basically just takes you to the "Paid Subscriptons" page which is also available in your profiles and the link in the upper menu bar. Yearly options are one time charges, monthly options are recurring. By the way, for the yearly options, I have $24.00 as the minimum. Donations of any amount are appreciated though, are there any here who wish me to add a lesser option? If so, and you don't wish to post it publicly, feel free to PM.
