Click on the "Manage attachments" button in that area and then hit the browse buttons and find the file you want to upload on your computer. You can also join a place like Photobucket for free and upload them there and then post a link on you thread. Photobucket is better if you have a lot of pictures, because you can upload a ton of pictures and you are not using up any of venturerider.org server space.
