I've just purchased a '99 RSV, the manual says I should be using 20W-40 oil. I'm going to switch to synthetic but I've not been able to find 20W-40 (it also seems scarce in non-synth). I noticed on one of the threads that someone was using Mobil 1 15W-50. So, my question is, what type and weight of synthetic do you use? I don't know why my original search didn't seem to turn up what I wanted. Yep, beautiful riding here, great roads and scenery and relatively little traffic.
