stevernc Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Does anyone know if the axle, on a 2000 mm edition venture, is larger for any reason. I am trying to install a Barons lowering kit and the axle does not fit through the Barons bracket. I contact Barons and they affirmed the Kit I have is the correct one. Anyone else ever experience this problem?
eagleeye Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Find a machine shop near you and have them measure the ID with an inside mic, and then get back to barons with that number and see what they say. I have that kit on my 05 RSTD, which should be the same. Might as well take the axle along too. I suppose you could double check and see if there is a burr somewhere causing the problem. I just went out and looked at mine, and no way to do it wrong.
