I replaced my stock speakers 20 years ago with something that was supposed to be better but while they probably could have handled more power had I wanted to install another amplifier, I never did so I ended up with speakers that never cranked up as loud as the stock ones. They still sound ok but I really cannot hear them very well at highway speeds. I also probably paid $70 for them. I suspect these new ones for $21 will be an improvement for very little money.
