Motorcycle Jacks

I got one at Wally's for $69. a few years ago for my 750 Midnight Maxim.

It was about a foot wide for loading bike onto pickup.

However, once you start up that ramp, it was a 100% comittment since there was no option to put feet down.

Big bikes only go on a trailer so I use a couple good 2x10s [6 ft long] strapped together with hardware on one end. Cheap & sooo easy.

I'd go with 4ft wide metal if I was loading an 800 lb bike onto a flatbed truck or railcar. For a regular trailer it's a $20. fix.

Nuts, I clicked on ramps.

Definately do NOT go with a jack on a good or heavy bike, they can do some real harm.

I'd love to have a 'hydraulic' lift.

With wheels on it so I could turn my scoot around inside the garage.

It'll never happen, though.

Can you comment more on the harm your refering to by using a jack.
