Evan Posted July 8, 2012 Share #1 Posted July 8, 2012 On my way to Maintenance Day, my Froggtoggs jacket zipper went. Bought the rain suit over a year ago and didn't have my purchase receipt. Marcarl and a few others had a similar problem and suggested that I call customer service. A real person answered right away and a new rain suit with a much stronger zipper just arrived by mail - no hassle and no cost to me. Great customer service! midnightrider1300 Posted July 8, 2012 Share #2 Posted July 8, 2012 love my toggs..... for the $$ they are hard to beat... glad u posted about the warranty just in case....in late fall or early spring i've been caught out when a COLD front stormed thru and had it NOT been for my toggs I don't think i'd have made it... they are GREAT wind suits in a pinch... And a plus for sure on the service as windbreakers. Mine are always in the saddlebag no matter what the forecast. I've heard several stories on their great customer service.
