There was to be a form to fill out that would automatically populate the restaurant review in the correct state. Don't see where this form is available. If it is hidden somewhere, perhaps it should be stickied to the top of the restaurant review section. Freebird to the white courtesy phone please. RR PS. KIC is our local curmudgeon. 'Click here to submit your favorite Restaurant'. Click the link and it takes you to the form. Freebird, disregard the message on the white courtesy phone.
