Bear1300 Posted January 29, 2012 Share #1 Posted January 29, 2012 Hi All, Can anyone tell me if the rear rear fender struts are compatible between the Royal and Road Stars? They look almost identical. I have stripped the sissy bar and rear seat off my new(to me) Royal Star Standard and dont have the crescent shaped fender struts and I need to replace them. If anyone has any lying around they would be prepared to part with please let me know. Any help appreciated.
Jonesboy Posted January 29, 2012 Share #2 Posted January 29, 2012 If your talking about the chrome eyebrows, yes, just check the distance between the bolt holes 9 1/4" I believe.
Bear1300 Posted January 29, 2012 Author Share #3 Posted January 29, 2012 Haha yes 'eyebrows' is as good a description as any. I just wanted confirmation that the radius of the 'eyebrows' was the same so it follows the fender line of the Royal. These seem a little hard to find. One of the joys of owning an older model bike i suppose.
