jointventure Posted May 6, 2011 Share #2 Posted May 6, 2011 You can ship anything you want to the Phillipines....As long as the Certificate of Export on the ocean container states "Do Not Break Bulk" it's assumed everything inside is legit. That's easy to achieve, with enough cash, here in the States. We never seemed to have enough cash to "speed" things thru customs, so all of our containers would be delayed so the "officials" could break the seal and compare items to the manifest. That was fine with us, you can't ride a bike in a prison yard. Hopefully, the individual who signed that document will soon find that out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
