Kudo's to McGrath Motors in Cedar Rapids

Noticed that I had lost 1 of the bolts for the trunk that bolts to the fender. Went to the parts desk and was handed a free one. I know it's not an expensive item but this day and age of uncertainty in the business world I thought that was huge. Never bought a bike at McGraths but certainly will the next time!

Great response from that dealer. I had lost two of the bolts that hold the chrome rails for the sadllebags and my local stealer told my that they would be 2.50 apiece. I asked if they could be covered under warranty? He says he never heard of bolts being covered under warranty, too bad it would have been a cheap way to keep my buisness!
