Scooter Posted July 1, 2009 Share #1 Posted July 1, 2009 Just got home last night from a quick trip through Yellowstone, sadly in the cage. We went over the Beartooth pass, I loved it, my wife absolutely hated it. Can't wait to take the bike over it. It is now officially my new favorite road. Iowawegian Posted July 1, 2009 Share #2 Posted July 1, 2009 Heading that direction in a week.....saw your post and thought we could hit that area. Just wondering why the wife hated it?
utadventure Posted July 1, 2009 Share #3 Posted July 1, 2009 Beartooth is a great ride (without rain) - time for another trip. Bring your bike to Cody in September, we're riding it then!! Dave
Scooter Posted July 1, 2009 Author Share #4 Posted July 1, 2009 Heading that direction in a week.....saw your post and thought we could hit that area. Just wondering why the wife hated it? My wife didn't like the extreme elevation changes right outside her window. I loved the extreme elevation changes right outside my window. I had the GPS on and the map looked like a bowl of spaghetti.
tufftom4 Posted July 1, 2009 Share #5 Posted July 1, 2009 I did Beartooth pass in 2000 from sturgis going to Glacier Nat Park it was awsome. At the bottom it was near 100 degrees and at the top we were throwing snowballs, it is a great bike ride.
