blinker lights on all the time?

I have a 08 venture. The frunt blinker lights stay on all the time like clerance lights. Do the back ones stay on like that or did some thing hapen when I hooked up my driving lights? I checked the wires they are hooked up the same as they were. I don.t rember if the back lights were on all the time or not. Have only had the bike 2 weeks. Memery isn't that good.

Front on always at dim. Bright when blinking. Rear off until blinking.

You can make the rear turn signals stay on all the time, and act as running lights also for more rear visibility if you want, but you'll need one of these:
